Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and revenue. If you are a self-driven sales representative looking for the freedom to showcase your skills creatively, and have the resources in place to capitalize on your talents, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. This is not a plug-and-play sales role; you won't be micromanaged or required to merely enroll people into sequences and call it a day. In this role, you will need to actively sell, use creativity and create content to attract our ICP and book demos. and our responsibility as a company is to provide all the necessary resources to help you excel and truly shine as a seller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Execute strategic outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Qualify leads through initial screening and assessments.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow up communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies.
  • Manage and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve set targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • at least 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment. Experience in sales development or as an SDR in a related industry.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and processes, especially those related to outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification. Experience with enterprise-level sales cycles, which tend to be longer and more complex.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (like HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle rejection
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations, ERP systems, and other industry-related technologies is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, especially if you’ve helped kick off initial sales and market strategies.
  • Been apart of an ERP rollout or handled complex software implementations.

  • Full-time.
Compensation and Benefits
  • 45,000 Base Salary
  • 85,000 OTE
