We’re looking for an exceptional Primary Care Physician to join the team part-time at our flagship location in Harlem. You’ll be a critical part of the clinical team and practice alongside a talented group of physicians who want to build the greatest partnership on the planet. Schedules start at 16 hours a week.

As a Primary Care Physician, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional care for our patients, members, and the community, including wellness services, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment, and counseling patients on their general health and well being
  • Order and interpret x-rays, lab results, EKGs and other diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations and Engineering teams to inform the development of innovative tools and services for communication, decision support, and documentation
  • Drive ongoing iteration of our clinical model based on problem-solving and knowledge gained from workshops, conferences, and literature review
  • Promote collaboration between other specialist care physicians and advanced practice clinicians by ensuring patient care plan awareness across key team members

About You:

  • At least two years of experience in an outpatient family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or similar setting
  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
  • Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of New York
  • Active, unrestricted DEA license and current CPR certifications
  • Ability to regularly work at least 16 hours a week
  • High-degree of comfort using tools such as iPads for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
  • Strong belief that *everyone* deserves great care and passionate about disrupting care delivery
  • Eager to be part of an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, operations, and technology experts and work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Complementary graduate degree is a plus, but not required — Masters of Public Health (MPH), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masters of Public Policy (MPP)

Why You Should Join Juno:

  • Forward-thinking, physician-led company that genuinely cares about you and understands the importance of professional sustainability
  • State of the art practice with excellent clinical, administrative, and management support so you can focus on providing great care
  • Mission-driven, inclusive, and collaborative culture that’s designed with leadership development, impact, and team fun in mind
  • Opportunity to work with exceptional colleagues and to grow with a dynamic startup that’s reimagining healthcare for the modern American family
  • Transparent advancement opportunities, including a clear path to partner should you move into a full-time role

Compensation: our compensation structure is tied to clinical hours, and will fall within $100-150k for this part-time role
