Clinical Operations Team Lead

In the Clinical Operations Team Lead role, you’ll help launch Juno’s first west coast location in Inglewood. You will report to the Senior Operations Manger in a dynamic early stage role with responsibility for empowering our clinicians with best in class services, tools, and spaces. You will help hire and grow our frontline team, and will drive optimal utilization of our clinicians. You will drive the ongoing optimization of clinical and clinic workflows, and will contribute to a culture of performance improvement and excellence. Juno is growing quickly, and the work you do will enable us to scale not just within our Los Angeles market, but nationally.
As an Operations Team Lead, you will:
- Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience; you will develop mastery over our EHR system and our internal tools and will create best in class clinical systems
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to drive ongoing performance improvement and inform resource allocation. processes
- Assist in the hiring of new Care Team members in partnership with the Care Team Leader
- Coordinate the efficient and timely procurement of equipment and inventory; you will be critical to cost effectively stocking our clinic
- Own environmental services partnerships and systems to maintain clean, safe, and efficient space
- Monitor and optimize the clinician schedule & booking configurations to ensure maximum utilization
- Collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers to enable the delivery of excellent lab and imaging services
Minimum Requirements:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or additional relevant experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, ideally in an outpatient setting
- You are extremely well organized and detail oriented; you naturally structure your work and feel comfortable maintaining varying deadlines
- You are highly analytical, and are proficient at Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL and any enterprise BI tools is a plus
- You enjoy process & workflow optimization, and gravitate towards the challenges of ongoing improvement
- You are comfortable working within a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment, and can set priorities with minimal direction
Preferred Attributes:
- You have strong prior experience with at least one EHR
- You hate solving the same problem twice and naturally gravitate towards permanent solutions vs. small band-aid fixes
- You are eager to be part of an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, operations & technology experts, and community managers
- You are compassionate, open-minded, and non-judgmental

- Compensation: the salary range for this full-time role is $90,000-$130,000 annually and will be based on experience
