Summary
The Head of Finance will lead financial reporting and metrics for Chatdesk. You will communicate with leading investors and work closely with the Chatdesk leadership team on special projects for opportunities to grow and optimize the business. You will get hands on operating experience in a fast growing company. There will be opportunities to travel and work with people from all over the world.
Your impact
- Overall responsibility for financial reporting and metrics
- Communicate monthly updates to investors
- Create materials for quarterly Board meetings
- Lead billing and Accounts Receivable team
- Drive quarterly planning and performance management of company wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Complete financial analysis of opportunities to drive revenue and reduce costs
- Lead deal desk function to standardize contracts and model discounts
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Special projects for the Chatdesk leadership team

Requirements
- Cultural fit with our values
- 2+ years experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Accounting or Audit
- Strong experience with financial modeling and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing and evolving environment
- Scrappy and positive team player
- Last and certainly not least, lover of customer experience!
Preferred but not required
- Experience with billing and Accounts Receivable
- Experience working in startups or venture capital
